Very nice.

Hello Everyone,

Today I made a card that has such a vintage feel to it, but it is very simple and pretty.

The backgound is stamped with a little ivy stamp from Stamp-It, just a cute little vine that can be stamped easily to make a background without any masking.  I love this stamp, it needs more outings.

The daisy is again from Stamp-It, a new one to me, great fo colouring, a very nice stamp.  I have coloured it with watercolour pencils and just quickly brushed over with a water brush.  I have made this a focal in an oval matted die cut.

The card is finished with a simple sentiment on a ribbon cut and trimmed with ribbon and knot above.

Hope you like today’s offering.

Hugs 🙂

Glitter N Glue DIY Glitter Easter Egg Blame Pinterest! I think that’s how I’m going to start all of my projects from now on… blame Pinterest! I’m usually not excited about Holiday themed crafts, until I log onto Pinterest. This week my timeline is full of creative and inspiring Easter egg projects. I came across a glittered egg tutorial from the one and only Ms. Martha Stewart (here) and I just couldn’t resist.

Decorating eggs totally takes me back to my Easter egg hunting days. Seriously, 6 year old Kristen was the QUEEN of the Easter hunts. I always walked away with the most eggs. These glitter eggs are perfect for the “grown people” hunt I will now be having this Sunday!

They are cute and looks easy.

Popsicle Toes

Hey everyone! I saw on Pinterest these adorable bandaids someone made for their sick and feverish daughter, and thought, I can do that! I used the Nesting Card Templates to cut different sizes of bandaids and small scalloped& regular squares for the centers. I stitched them into place, added the velcro, and I was done! I should have cut the velcro so it would look more finished, but the baby was needing me and I was in a hurry. I used velcro that already had adhesive on it, found in the sewing section.

My daughter loved them!  Just as an FYI, the velcro sticks best on the furrier stuffed animals.  I think these are so cute and love the stuff I find on Pinterest!  If you decided to make your own and want to use the same dies, use my code POP to save 20% at checkout at
